Cultivating Community Farming

Having been accepted on the Cultivating Community farming programme funded by the Co-op Foundation, it was great to host the induction day at Glenside Farm. The sun shone with blue skies*. The day was led by Tiziana O’Hara, from Co-operative Alternatives and Jonny Hanson, Founder Director of Jubilee Farm, Larne. It was great to meet likeminded people and hear stories that allow people to dream how they can develop their land for the community. Excited that Glenside Farm will be journeying with ten farms across Northern Ireland over the next two years.

*With blue skies - there was a treat at lunch time with ice-cream and ice lollies!
